Niels Delater
I founded Spectos during my studies back in 2001. I have 20 years of experience in different service industries in relations to service quality monitoring and customer experience, and I am proficient in process-, performance-, quality management and Six Sigma. On top of my close cooperation with TU Dresden, I am also a member of DIN, ESOMAR and the European Committee for Standardization (CEN). As CEO of the Spectos Group, I split my time between our offices in Dresden and Hanoi as well as anywhere around the world for customer meetings and industry-specific events.
