Spectos Sustainability Strategy
Our goal is sustainable and responsible action and management. We strive to continuously increase the efficiency of our processes and procedures as well as their sustainability in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility. The sustainability strategy of Spectos is based on globally uniform codes and standards.
As a company and a member of the Global Compact, we assume responsibility in the areas of human rights, labour standards and environmental protection, thus making a public commitment to support sustainability.
We use various methods and instruments to measure and evaluate our corporate sustainability. This enables us to exert a decisive influence on our business activities and products and to take a holistic view of services. In this way, we create an essential basis for business decisions and communication with all stakeholders.
The creation of a Balanced Score Card, in which important key figures in terms of sustainability are implemented, helps us to control our processes, monitor the achievement of goals and, if necessary, derive measures from this. We consider business and financial key figures, key figures from the areas of environment & sustainability as well as project management and sales as well as human resources.
Our internal company guidelines and efficiently designed processes constantly remind our employees and signal as an employer that sustainability counts and that the associated tasks are important. As a team, we thus not only contribute to environmental protection and occupational safety, but also reduce resources and costs.
