Once again, we are about to launch the Spectos Mailbox Monitor* 2022. For the fifth time, our Mailagents panel is taking part in the online survey at the end of June. The annual market research by Spectos has been firmly established in the German postal market. Does the mailbox still have a future? Have consumer expectations changed in terms of receiving advertising mail, letters and goods to their mailboxes? What delivery time and frequency do they expect, what are they willing to pay? What do consumers think about trending topics such as cross-border shipments, sustainability and opt-in labels for the letterbox? These and many other topics will be explored.

With 2,000 responses on average from our study participants, the Spectos Mailbox Monitor provides detailed insights about the behavior of German consumers. To achieve this, we combine proven quality criteria from past surveys with new questions on recent developments and current trends when creating the questionnaire. Another aspect that is not to be missed in the preparation of our online survey: Your input! We invite all postal service providers, bulk mailers and dialog marketers to support us in designing the questionnaire.
