Continuous patient surveys at AMEOS

Daniel Jansen

New case study describes continuous patient surveys at one of the largest healthcare providers in DACH region

Patient satisfaction is essential for the hospital’s economic success. For this reason, the regular measurement of current sentiment is a useful source of information for concrete improvements in quality management. The most common way to collect such information is through patient surveys.

To measure patient satisfaction even more precisely, the AMEOS Group was looking for a solution that combines the results of the satisfaction surveys in a continuous control instrument. At the same time, this solution should enable the derivation and monitoring of quality-enhancing actions and also contribute to the optimization of patient safety.

As a partner for many years, we are looking forward to supporting AMEOS in this further step towards transparent quality presentation in the healthcare sector. Together, we developed a unique multi-channel survey strategy that meets all of the healthcare provider’s requirements. The results of the continuous patient surveys can be accessed as daily reports at any time and from any location using real-time data visualization. Check out the case study for more details on this exciting project!
