The evaluation, conducted using a dedicated test panel of private individuals and businesses, tracked letter delivery times via digital reporting tools such as an app and web platform. Spectos’ expertise, gained through collaborations with national postal organizations like Swiss Post and Belgian Post (bpost), ensured reliable and precise data collection.
