Company merger to expand service and product portfolio for transit time measurements, quality monitoring and customer data protection

On July 15, 2021, adreko GmbH from Cologne merged with Spectos GmbH. A close partnership has existed for many years between adreko, a specialist for data protection and quality monitoring, and Spectos. The company merger is a strategic step towards strengthening the market position of Spectos Group as a provider of solutions for service quality monitoring and management. 

The merger benefits both companies and their customers. Spectos strengthens its international panel for monitoring mail transit times, delivery quality and customer satisfaction in the European region. Throughout Europe, contractually bound and carefully trained panelists are now available for test shipments and mystery shopping. In addition, Spectos is expanding the product portfolio of its cloud-based Real-Time Performance Management™ platform in the area of customer experience management with a solution for customer data monitoring and data leakage prevention. For Spectos customers, this is another confidence-building measure for GDPR-compliant handling of addresses and sensitive data.

adreko customers can now access state-of-the-art technologies and standardized and certified measurement systems for national and international transit time measurements as well as all service quality solutions from the Spectos portfolio.
