We Look Back on a Successful Time and Wish You a Happy New Year 2022!
The year 2021 is now drawing to a close! And even though 2021 was also marked by the Corona pandemic, we can look back on many positive events with our year-end review.
Spectos Group Is Growing and Reinventing Itself
With an overall redesign of the product portfolio, a new look was given to Spectos this year. All solutions can now be assigned to one of four main categories: Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Operations Experience and Process Experience. Furthermore, an additional classification of services as flexible modules for composing specific solutions ensures the tailor-made implementation of individual customer requirements.
In July, the Spectos Group expanded through the company merger with adreko. This resulted in an expansion of the service and product portfolio for delivery time measurements, quality monitoring and customer data protection. At the same time, our international panel for the verification of mail transit times, delivery quality and customer satisfaction in the European region grew. In Customer Experience Management, the product portfolio of the cloud-based Real-Time Performance Management™ platform was expanded with a solution for customer data monitoring and data leakage prevention.
About Webinars, Customer Projects and This Year’s Monitors: These Are Our Highlights in the Year-End Review
Regarding our virtual events, we look back on numerous interesting webinars. We now regularly present our solutions from a wide range of sectors. This year, for example, companies from the postal & logistics sector learned more about our live tracking portal for end-to-end supply chain monitoring. In the healthcare sector, we were once again pleased to collaborate with Detlef Handke from the Ameos Group, who presented a workflow for continuous patient surveys as a quality and risk management tool. What else is missing from our year-end review? In addition to national and international customer projects, such as with Samsung or VINCORION, we conducted our panel surveys on the topics of letter mail, mail order and delivery quality for the fourth time this year. As part of Spectos market research, our Mailbox Monitor and E-Commerce Monitor are now enjoying high demand and have firmly established themselves as important studies for online retailers, logistics providers and postal service providers. For players in the healthcare sector, we also had a new format ready in joint cooperation with our partner M+M Consulting: The QM Monitor Healthcare 4.0.
Last but Not Least: New Year, New Location!
After more than 20 years of successful business development in the heart of Dresden, it was time for a change of scenery. That’s why we moved clandestinely in December and are now – with a breathtaking view over the Elbe castles – at our new business address:
