Starting today, once again the study participants of the Spectos panel, Mailagents, are answering our questions on the topic of letterboxes and mail delivery in Germany. With our annual online survey for the Spectos Mailbox Monitor*, we seek to explore what German consumers expect when receiving letters, advertising mail and boxable items. The insights gained enable advertisers, dialog marketers and postal service providers to align their offerings with consumer preferences and to develop new services.
Focus: The importance of the Mailbox, Perceived Delivery Quality and Attitude to Advertising Mail

As in previous years, for the Mailbox Monitor 2022 we are combining proven questions with new ones. Below is a brief insight into this year’s questionnaire:
How do you personally rate the quality of delivery of boxable items from abroad that are delivered directly to your mailbox?
If new regulations on receiving advertising mail were introduced, would you place a “YES” sticker on your mailbox to receive advertising mail?
What extra charge would you be willing to pay for climate-neutral shipping of letters and smaller consignments of goods?
