The Spectos team wishes you Happy Holidays and a peaceful end of the year!
The year 2020 will remain in our memories for a long time. And even though the last months have been dominated by the Corona pandemic, there have been many good moments and developments at Spectos.
Sustainability has moved to the forefront of our projects and operations. In addition to implementing a certified environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2015, Spectos has been awarded the Ecovadis Silver Seal of Quality.
We have also made a great leap forward in the organization of virtual events. We have been hosting jointly developed solutions with our customers. In a webinar with the logistics service provider Seven Senders, participants were shown using a live tracking solution can improve customer experience and transparency in the transport network. In addition to events for the logistics industry, we have extended our webinar offer for the healthcare industry. Detlef Handke from healthcare provider Ameos Group presented solutions for quality and risk management as a result of the organization’s ongoing digitalization strategy. What else has kept us busy this year? Well, for one thing, we have been working on national and international projects, for example with the Urban Mobility Laboratory Salzburg (UML). For another, this year we have conducted surveys in our panel on the topics of mail, shipping and delivery quality for the third time in a row. The Spectos Mailbox Monitor and Spectos E-Commerce Monitor have already established themselves as important studies for online retailers, logistics companies and postal service providers and are in high demand.
Last but not least, the Spectos website is continuously being worked on. Take a look at our blog posts and Spectos Updates relating to the topic of service quality.
