Chúc mừng năm mới!

This is Vietnamese and means “Happy New Year!”.

According to the lunar calendar, the New Year began in Vietnam on February 5th. With the so-called Tet the most important Vietnamese holidays are celebrated over several days. Preparations for this special event begin weeks in advance. Traditionally, the Vietnamese visit their families during the Tet and welcome the new year with opulent decorations, gambling, fireworks and rich festive meals. Our colleagues from Hanoi are currently in the middle of the festivities.
