As part of its digitization strategy, the AMEOS Group has been using innovative survey methods in its clinics since the beginning of the year and is gradually rolling them out to all locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As result of the joint project with Spectos, every patient can now provide feedback on service and treatment quality via multiple channels – online, by phone hotline and with traditional paper questionnaires.
