Key Figures
The central goal of the recognition phase is the determination and filtration of valid and measurable key figures which serve the process. With the help of these key figures, goals could be precisely agreed upon and impregnable agreements made. Circumstances or status changes may be described not only based upon the key figures, but also permit comparison over time, using values based on experience as well as legal or technical guidelines. The measuring process begins on this basis.
