These are like any other letter, when viewed from the outside. However, instead of conveying news, advertisements or greetings, they carry a tiny but effective code. Mail agents, the recipients of these cryptic messages, know how to use the content for Spectos. After one click on the Internet portal www.mailagenten.de, and the alphanumeric sequence have been transmitted and the reception of the letter confirmed. Finally, call centers take over with an intensive poll of the I.Code recipient. Statistics about the time elapsed and reliability of the delivery emerge, which permit otherwise unobtainable insights into the parcel service.
